Obtain HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3,5
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

工作职责

Client Account Management: Review CPC customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage with customer to validate understanding of needs.

Advise CPC customers to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling fee-based products/services based on current and future needs.
Review product penetration for assigned client base, identify potential CPC customers for tailored products.
Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling and financial planning.
Organize CPC customer events to enhance customer bonding.
Acquire new CPC customers through converting referral leads.
Compliance, Risk & Controls: Ensure KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
Fulfill clients’ necessities while providing exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.
Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, considering firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.

优先资格

Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage
