This role is a Relationship Banker for Citi's international personal banking division, based in Hong Kong. You will manage high-net-worth client relationships, provide wealth management advice, and drive sales of financial products while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations.

最低要求

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, or related field

Relevant wealth management experience
Frontline customer service experience with strong client relationship skills
Excellent sales and customer service skills with good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Mandarin and English, with basic Cantonese communication ability
Certifications required for selling financial products: Securities and Futures Dealers License Types 1,7,8 and Insurance Intermediary Qualifying Examination Papers 1,2,3 & 5

Assist clients in reviewing Citigold International Personal Banking needs and proactively engage to understand client requirements

Recommend diversified product allocations to meet clients' investment and wealth management goals
Achieve account management performance targets and maintain/improve product penetration
Maintain client relationships through timely interactions, risk analysis, and wealth planning
Organize Citigold client events to strengthen engagement
Acquire new Citigold International Personal Banking clients through various channels
Ensure strict compliance with KYC/AML and other regulatory norms
Provide excellent customer experience while meeting client needs
Assess risks appropriately in business decisions, considering company reputation and compliance
