Experience in internal controls testing and monitoring and quality checks
Advanced knowledge and experience in controls design, execution, and/or control testing
Experience of Financial Services products and services and distribution channels
Excellent understanding of MCA or equivalent risk and control frameworks
Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint
Strong communication, written, and presentation skills
Strong people and relationship management skills
Independent thinker and able to perform credible challenge
University degree preferred
工作职责
Execute Control Design Assessments (CDAs) for controls operated across Businesses/Functions
Execute Monitoring and Testing Design Assessments (MTDAs) to assess the adequacy of monitoring and testing tools
Handle exception communications by confirming proposed outliers and reviewing them with control leaders
Help drive continuous improvements in accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and quality of MCA control design assessment and controls testing
Support the adoption of the new MCA Standards and Procedures
Take responsibility for own book of work and prioritize competing deliverables
Support training of testers on processes, systems, and execution of control assessment activities
Maintain relationships and drive accountability with partners and stakeholders
Appropriately assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Support other relevant work efforts as directed
