As a Director in Citi's Financial Institutions Group, you will manage a portfolio of bank and financial institution clients, driving revenue through cross-selling of banking, markets, and treasury solutions. You will cultivate C-suite relationships and act as a trusted advisor, ensuring sound credit and risk management while supporting digital innovation in banking services.

工作职责

Expand a portfolio of financial institutions clients with varying/complex financial and servicing needs to drive revenue growth while maintaining sound risk and control; Cross sell various products across Citi platform including Banking, Markets, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Investor Services; Cultivate senior client relationships at C-Suite level; Drive digital/tech value propositions in banking services; Manage all credit aspects including annual reviews, transaction execution, early problem recognition, and remedial management; Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations; Foster strong team and partnership culture; Support department initiatives including talent development, process enhancement, new policy/procedure rollouts.
