This VP role in Citi's Equities Execution Product & Platform team involves leading product management efforts, driving strategy, and managing a team to enhance product offerings and market position. You will oversee product lifecycle, client experience, and competitive differentiation in a fast-paced financial environment.

工作职责
Manage a team of Product Managers to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties
Oversee strategic roadmap, development, launch, and marketing
Oversee day-to-day product management for core products
Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies
Develop plans and execute functional strategies for a country, multiple countries, region, or business
Manage client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap
Oversee all aspects of program life cycle management
Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance
Develop and communicate a business plan
Help drive innovation by working with external partners/alliances
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
