这是一个高级管理职位,负责领导帝斯曼芬美意科学、创新与实验室组织的数字化转型

你将作为集群负责人和平台交付负责人,管理一个由80多名内部和外部成员组成的团队,并负责一个年价值创造超过2500万欧元的项目组合
核心工作是构建数字化能力,制定供应商战略,并推动研发和实验室平台的敏捷交付,以支持全球科学家的创新工作

最低要求

生命科学、工程、计算机科学、实验室科学或其他科学或技术领域的硕士学位

在科学、创新和实验室领域拥有约15年的相关经验
对科学、数字和实验室领域(包括研究、应用、质量控制和干实验室)有概念性理解,熟悉FAIR科学数据管理和定制化尖端科学软件开发
具备产品领导力方面的能力发展经验,包括领导和发展业务分析、解决方案设计和技术领导、服务交付、项目/计划管理、软件质量与自动化以及并购战略与交易方面的领导者
战略思维——有定义路线图、确定计划优先级并使利益相关者围绕共同目标达成一致的经验
引人入胜的沟通技巧——具备与高级利益相关者及组织内各级人员清晰有效沟通的能力
全球领导力和规模化交付——有在全球范围内领导并交付数字化转型项目,同时满足当地科学和实验室团队需求的经验

工作职责

作为集群负责人(人员与业务领导):

领导、激励和发展一个由30多名内部员工和50多名外部同事组成的高度投入的集群,培养卓越、协作和持续学习的文化
提供方向和思想领导:设定明确目标,与业务雄心保持一致,并制定未来项目组合战略
担任章节成员(Chapter members)的职业经理人,指导和辅导章节负责人(Chapter Leads),以培养下一代数字领导者
负责整个数字与技术部门的战略供应商管理:确保能力和容量协议,确保明确的结果,并推动基于价值的合同绩效
领导战略任务,如转型、收购、变革或创新,确保成功执行和利益相关者协调一致
与部门负责人密切合作,建立和管理集群预算,确保透明度和价值交付
作为平台交付负责人(科学、创新与实验室):
制定并执行研发和实验室平台的数字化路线图,确保高质量、适合用途的解决方案
监督一个年价值超过2500万欧元的项目组合的交付,确保财务透明度、问责制和业务价值创造
为产品小组(product squads)确保资源和能力,平衡内部人才发展与外部专业知识
推动采用敏捷、以产品为中心的工作方式,确保顺利过渡到运营和可持续支持
