工作职责
Lead procurement activities for the Central Portfolio, including preparation of tenders or RFPs for maintenance, service and price agreement contracts, bid evaluation, negotiation, pricing analysis and recommendations for the best interest of Property Management; Review, refine, govern, and promote compliance with Procurement, Green Procurement, and Vendor Management policies and processes internally and externally; Review, maintain and enhance the vendor pool; lead vendor performance management and reporting; Source property management related vendors, products and services, and lead procurement compliance reviews; Conduct research and prepare market analysis reports to support decisions on contract awards, renewals, and market pricing projections; Introduce and lead procurement-related digitalisation, automation, standardisation, and process optimisation initiative; Support preparation of and reporting on building and departmental budgets and forecasts.
