+ years of industry supply and business development experience. Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skills. Proficiency in Mandarin and English. Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds. A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
Acquisition: Identify the best products based on demand data and sales potential and bring them on board the Klook platform. Manage the onboarding process of products, with the support of products at scale and at an industry leading pace. Account management: Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize access to the best inventory and maximize sales potential. Optimization: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, and content, to maintain a market-leading position consistently. Employ the most effective technology available, in-house and external, to drive efficiency throughout the supply chain. Market intelligence: Identify market trends and provide market & competitor updates at a regional and local level through ongoing research and analyses.
Talent with experience in OTA or E-commerce industry will be a plus.
