Operate the hotel's telephone exchange system (OSS) efficiently; handle guest requests including wake-up calls and message taking; process internal calls; monitor and respond to emergency calls; maintain accurate records; assist with basic technical support; collaborate with other departments; provide excellent customer service; adhere to hotel policies; report equipment malfunctions.
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
