Make beds and fold terry. Clean bathrooms. Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items. Check that all appliances are present and in working order. Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances. Dust, polish, and remove marks. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties. Follow safety policies; report maintenance issues. Ensure clean professional appearance. Welcome guests, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities. Speak clearly. Support team goals. Move, lift, carry objects up to 25 lbs. Push/pull housekeeping cart. Reach, bend, twist, stoop. Stand/walk for entire shift. Perform other duties as requested.
