This role is responsible for designing and executing supply-side marketing strategies for Keeta's Bahrain market, optimizing merchant subsidy allocation, and driving operational efficiency through data analysis and AI tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals in a fast-paced international environment.
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 4 years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or merchant operations strategy, preferably in local life services or food delivery platforms. 2. Excellent strategic planning and operations capabilities, logical thinking, structured mindset, and ability to solve complex problems. 3. Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis, solid statistical foundation; experience or strong interest in AI applications. 4. Open-minded, good English working ability (listening, speaking, reading, writing) or strong willingness to learn, able to communicate and collaborate independently in an international environment.
【Marketing Strategy Design】 Continuously monitor local market competition, lead the iteration of localized marketing plans; based on merchant tier, price band, category and other dimensions, combined with conversion rate, ROI and other key metrics, precisely match marketing tool combinations for merchants at different levels, systematically improve the strategic space of merchant subsidy marketing and overall platform operational efficiency, form strategic guidelines. 2. 【Target System Establishment and Tracking】 Build a complete target system related to marketing (coverage, subsidy, etc.), decompose strategies into executable actions; proactively assess the feasibility and risks of sales team target achievement, integrate internal and external resources, strongly drive the team to complete business goals. 3. 【Cross-functional Collaboration】 Deeply collaborate with BD, frontline teams, and C-end/D-end teams, integrate cross-functional resources to ensure high-quality implementation of marketing strategies, achieve end-to-end delivery from strategy to results. 4. 【AI Tool Exploration】 Lead the exploration of AI tools in intelligent marketing scenarios, build real-time business data monitoring and anomaly alert mechanisms, significantly improve problem detection efficiency, drive marketing decision-making speed through technology.
