As a User Strategy Operations specialist at Keeta (Meituan's global brand), you will drive user growth and retention in the UAE market through data-driven strategies, user segmentation, and AI tools. This role offers a chance to build from scratch in a fast-growing international environment.
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of internet user operations/user strategy related experience. 2.Strong data analysis skills, proficient in SQL/Hive for data query and analysis. 3.Clear strategic thinking, able to break down business problems into executable operational plans. 4.English working proficiency. 5.Practical experience with AI tools in user operations scenarios (user segmentation, A/B test analysis, content personalization, automated reporting, etc.).
User segmentation and strategy design: Develop differentiated user operations strategies based on user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, re-engagement). Build a user segmentation system and design precision targeting plans. Lead formulation and implementation of core strategies like user activation, retention, and recall. Explore AI-driven user segmentation methods using machine learning to identify high-value user groups and churn warning signals, upgrading strategies from rule-driven to intelligent. 2. User research, data analysis, and strategy iteration: Deep dive into user behavior and growth opportunities through user research and data analysis tools. Establish key operational indicator monitoring systems, timely identify business anomalies, and output analysis reports. Continuously validate strategy effectiveness through A/B testing and drive rapid iteration. Use AI-assisted analysis tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve data insight efficiency, explore AI-generated operational analysis reports. 3. Growth strategy planning: Develop localized operational strategies based on UAE local market characteristics (festivals, consumption habits, cultural differences). Participate in user growth projects to drive core metrics like DAU, repurchase rate, and user LTV. Cross-department collaboration (product, marketing, BD) to implement strategies. Leverage AI-powered personalized recommendation to explore intelligent user targeting: personalized push content, optimal timing prediction, intelligent channel attribution. 4. Operational system building: Build reusable user operation SOPs and strategy frameworks, summarize methodologies. Promote team AI workflow: integrate AI tools into daily data pulling, report writing, proposal drafting, etc., to improve overall efficiency. Comply with AI compliance guidelines, do not input sensitive user data into unapproved third-party AI tools.
