Experience with process scale-up and optimization. 2+ years’ experience leading a team. Knowledge of ISO Quality standards and 6S. Knowledge of analytical techniques and equipment such as, GC, NMR, IR. Strong communication skills, oral and written. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
