关于这个职位

作为亿滋旗下Grenade品牌的高级客户营销经理,您将负责制定并领导英国全渠道的客户营销战略与执行

您需要管理一个三人团队,并亲自负责Tesco这一关键战略增长客户的营销活动,确保通过卓越的激活方案满足消费者需求、强化客户伙伴关系,并提升品牌的市场竞争力

最低要求

在快消品(FMCG)领域拥有客户/购物者营销的丰富经验,对英国渠道和客户激活有深入了解

拥有在四大食品杂货商之一的工作经验
具备经过验证的人员领导能力,包括管理和指导经验
拥有从概念到交付的战略执行记录,并取得可验证的成果和学习经验
具备敏锐的商业头脑,有通过优先或新兴渠道推动增长的经验
能够在商业团队中协作并发挥领导作用,与商业、营销和品牌部门建立紧密关系
强大的关系建立能力,能够在高级别施加影响力
能够主动识别持续改进的方法
具备结构化、注重交付的方法,能够管理复杂性、有效确定优先级并保持卓越的执行力

工作职责

领导制定长期客户营销战略,与品牌和营销部门紧密合作,确保关键活动的一致性

管理并负责客户、销售点(POS)和行业媒体支出的A&C预算,确保达成约定的投资回报率和预算目标
与杂货渠道负责人、高级品类经理和高级全国客户经理合作,为Tesco制定高影响力、商业稳健的执行策略
领导建立投资回报率(ROI)策略,与商业团队密切合作,为每次激活活动商定并实施ROI机制和分析
领导年度品牌计划,制定与新产品发布和品牌活动相一致的客户营销执行计划
领导、指导和发展一支高绩效的客户营销团队
