Major in Electronics and Information or related fields. 5+ years of experience in ICT programming and fixture debugging. Knowledge of TRI and Teradyne ICT machines and software. Knowledge of analog and digital circuits with circuit analysis capability. Experience in PCBA power-on testing and Boundary Scan testing processes. Good teamwork and communication skills, self-driven and motivated.
Support the production line by identifying and addressing ICT fixture problems. Maintain and optimize ICT test programs on a regular basis. Analyze production defects and troubleshoot various ICT test failures. Support new product introduction (NPI) and related project handover. Monitor the running status of CM ICT test fixtures. Track test yield rate and production capacity of ICT testing.
Proactive and self-motivated in daily work. Able to independently solve ICT and fixture problems. Proficient with Teradyne and TRI ICT systems. Able to optimize test programs for higher yield and efficiency. Experienced in NPI ICT support and familiar with quality standards.
