作为渣打银行天津团队的React前端工程师，你将参与构建下一代数字银行应用，专注于Web端和响应式前端开发
你需要具备React及状态管理库的深度经验，与敏捷团队协作，实现高性能的用户界面并优化用户体验

最低要求
BS或MS in Computer sciences or Software engineering with 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably within an international technology organization in delivering complex projects
Full software development lifecycle experience
DevOps toolchain experience (Microsoft ADO, GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory, Vx)
Build automation tools (webpack, vite)
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong experience with mobile hybrid architecture, WebView and JS bridge.
Good knowledge web security (Pen Test)
工作职责
Translate architectural documentation into functional code implementations while adhering to defined patterns.
Should be able to create the reusable React JS component design. Good understanding of UI Design principal, patterns & best practices.
Having strong analytical skill & able to look at the problem from many angles. Able to narrow down the problem and resolving the issue in a short time.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in React components (re-renders, large lists, asset loading).
Implement code splitting, lazy loading, bundle optimization (Webpack/Vite), state management and memorization (React.Memo).
Profile applications using React Dev Tools, Chrome Lighthouse and Webpage Test.
Capable of doing requirement analysis for complex requirement. Convert them into smaller user stories. Support the team for the whole application development & deployment & support.
Having the strong understanding on the SDLC & Agile practices. Drive the agile practices in the team. Conduct code review, peer reviews.
Lead feature implementation independently. Mentoring Juniors through PR reviews & knowledge sharing. Coordinate with backend/QA teams. Break down epics into tasks for juniors.
Requirement gathering, analyses, design for simple requirement.
Champion sustainable architecture by embedding future-proof practices (e.g. micro-frontends, incremental adoption) into the development lifecycle. Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent application of best practices and mitigate technical debt.
Strong understanding on the security domain, able to guide & advise the team on the good security practices. especially on areas like XSS, CSRF, CORS, CSP.
优先资格
Able to create detail implementation, Conceptual design document. Create and own release documents.
Familiarity with frameworks like Hybrid, Native, Ember, Flutter, Cordova would be added advantages.
Ability to leading and mentoring junior team members would be a plus.
