As a Staff Product Designer at Coupang, you will lead product design projects for the Taiwan market, collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams. BA in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Computer Science, Psychology, or equivalent degree/experience • Excellent portfolio of typography, interaction design, visual design, and user research • Ability to skillfully utilize design tools such as Figma and Adobe • 8+ years of experience in product design • Experience in leading other designers in the team level projects • Experience in building the overall strategy of projects and creating the basis of deliverables • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
工作职责
Lead the overall design projects while communicating with Business, Engineering, and Product teams. • Be proactive in establishing product vision and roadmap and play a strategic role in decision-making processes. • Improve processes more efficiently through collaborations with other design leaders of Product UX teams. • Set a priority for improvement directions by identifying and analyzing problems of the current products and services. Assure design quality and suggest directions for improvement.
