工作职责

規劃並執行 Key Account 策略,推動負責區域之業績成長與市佔提升

建立並維繫與醫院關鍵客戶之長期策略合作關係
深入了解客戶需求與決策流程,制定客製化合作與價值創造方案
經營並拓展 KOL 與重要利害關係人關係,提升品牌影響力
主導合約談判、投標策略與價格定位,確保商業成效與合規性
與行銷、醫學及業務等跨部門合作,推動品牌與客戶策略落地
分析市場趨勢、政策與競爭動態,調整業務策略以達成長期成長
擔任客戶主要聯絡窗口,處理合約、營運與服務相關議題
符合法令與監管規定
