Assist hotel merchants in joining Klook marketing campaigns and setting up promotional discounts in the backend system.
Ensure the quality of content and inventory accuracy for directly contracted hotels.
Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel operations in selected markets, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to address partner needs and ensure seamless execution.
Drive accurate and comprehensive performance tracking and reporting to support continuous improvement.
