This is a Senior/Manager level project management role within Li & Fung's merchandising operations. You will lead cross-border sourcing projects across Asia, drive process optimization, and use data analytics to support online retail growth. 最低要求

Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5+ years of global sourcing, product development, or merchandising experience, with a heavy focus on hardgoods/consumer goods. Proven track record in project management, business operations, or data analytics. Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously. Highly energetic, analytical, self-motivated, and responsive with a strong 'can-do' attitude under pressure. Strong capability in leveraging modern data analytics tools, AI applications, and advanced market research methodologies. Exceptional written and spoken command of English and Mandarin.

工作职责

Cross-Border Project Management: Lead and coordinate hard goods sourcing projects across multiple Asian regions (including China, Thailand and India). Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and unify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various offshore teams to ensure seamless operational efficiency. Data Analytics & Cost Monitoring: Track and analyse raw material market trends to forecast costs, mitigate risks, and optimize pricing strategies. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable business insights for online retail growth. Executive Reporting: Design and deliver high-quality, data-rich presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Portfolio Support: Collaborate with leadership to support broader account management initiatives across other major retail clients.

优先资格

Experience in FMCG, e-commerce or online retail platforms is highly advantageous.
