在多个功能模块（如客户开户、投资组合管理、投资产品、合规）中被认可为SME，拥有解决方案设计、交付和利益相关者协调的成熟经验

支持利益相关者澄清需求、阐明问题陈述、评估依赖关系和约束，并在不同群体间协调优先级
与各方利益相关者合作，举办工作坊，并作为客户与项目团队的联络人
在与配置、定制、集成和数据迁移策略相关的技术讨论中提供实践支持
熟悉脚本编写、参数化和集成
推动质量保证，包括SIT/UAT规划、缺陷分类和上线准备
跟踪预算、人力和资源利用情况
定期向德勤领导层以及客户约定的所有参与治理论坛提供状态更新
