Strategic Opportunity Identification: Identify untapped market opportunities and translate research insights into actionable product strategies, value propositions, user scenarios, and feature priorities. Product & Experience Definition: Define target user personas, user journeys, problem statements, product concepts, and business logic to establish a clear directional foundation for product experience. AI Use-Case Planning: Design high-value, viable AI application scenarios. Collaborate closely with technical teams to evaluate user value, technical feasibility, implementation complexity, costs, and potential risks. Product Documentation & Prototyping: Deliver comprehensive PRDs, user stories, functional specifications, success metrics, and acceptance criteria. Support the creation of prototypes, concept demos, and Proof of Concept (PoC) materials. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, R&D, Data, Business, PMO, and external stakeholders to drive product validation and support the end-to-end journey from concept to delivery. Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations, research summaries, product narratives, and decision-support documents for both internal and external stakeholders.
