Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related technical field

+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, quality engineering, or ESD control
ESD Certification: Certified ESD Program Manager (CPM) or Certified ESD Technician (CET) from ESD Association strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of ESD standards: ANSI/ESD S20.20, JESD625, JS-001, JS-002, IEC 61340-5-1
Hands-on experience with ESD test equipment
Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
Knowledge of cleanroom standards (ISO 14644)
Familiarity with advanced packaging technologies and co-packaged optics ESD challenges
Experience with ESD requirements for advanced technology nodes (5nm and below) with CDM targets <125V

工作职责

Conduct comprehensive ESD audits at supplier facilities (foundries, assembly subcontractors, test houses) and customer sites

Verify compliance with ANSI/ESD S20.20, IEC 61340-5-1, JESD625, and Marvell internal specifications
Assess ESD Protected Areas (EPA) including workstations, flooring, grounding systems, and personnel grounding equipment
Evaluate ESD control measures for advanced technology nodes
Develop and implement ESD readiness strategies for manufacturing partners
Partner with SQE, CQE, and CE teams to establish ESD control requirements
Provide technical guidance on specialized flooring requirements
Oversee ESD sensitivity testing programs (HBM, CDM, Latch-Up) per JS-001 and JS-002 standards
Validate ESD control systems including wrist strap and footwear testing, ionizer balance, static voltage surveys, etc.
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, corrective actions, and compliance status
Maintain ESD audit schedules and tracking systems
Document best practices and lessons learned
Support ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 quality management system requirements
Develop and deliver ESD training programs for suppliers and internal teams
Provide technical consultation on ESD control implementation
Support NPI with ESD readiness assessments
Advise on ESD protective packaging requirements per IEC 61340-5-1
