最低要求

拥有商业或消费者洞察/市场研究领域的硕士学位

在客户方、市场研究机构或香精香料公司,拥有至少10年消费者洞察、市场研究或相关领域的经验
英语流利
具备强大的分析能力,能够将复杂数据综合成可执行的洞察
拥有管理跨职能团队的成熟能力

工作职责

领导制定、实施和整合符合FF品类及客户需求的全球消费者洞察项目与计划

领导研究计划,以识别消费者趋势、产品偏好和行为
作为消费者洞察专家,参与内部利益相关者和客户的讨论,并成为特定消费者洞察问题的首要联系人
与跨职能团队合作,制定和执行将推动业务增长和创新的研究计划
在全球层面监控消费者洞察计划
监控消费者洞察Fine Fragrance预算
