工作职责

为帝斯曼在关键增长品牌中的发展制定并实施三到五年的营销计划,包括旨在最大化收入增长的目标、战略和策略

管理北美市场营销组合的所有方面,包括定位、信息传递、分销、促销和产品线重点
与包括瑞士和奥地利在内的全球营销团队在内的国际同事有效合作,共同制定北美品牌的战略演变、营销和整合传播计划
经常与销售领导和技术管理层互动,以支持客户的战略/创新需求,并制定和执行营销计划
