Supplier Development and Management: Identify, evaluate, and screen potential suppliers; establish long-term partnerships; implement tiered management. 3. Cost Control and Reduction: Conduct cost structure analysis; lead annual price reduction negotiations; achieve monthly cost-reduction targets. 4. Project Procurement and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in new product development; select and finalize suppliers; ensure SOP on schedule. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Bridge between Procurement and R&D, Production, Quality, Finance. 6. Quality and Risk Control: Establish component quality standards; monitor supply chain risks. 7. Contract and Process Management: Draft and review contracts; optimize procurement processes. 8. Team Leadership and Internal Coordination: Assist department head in managing team; conduct training and performance evaluations. 9. Comply with EHS regulations.
