◆ Summary of Experience Progressive, at least 10 years, working experience in multiple areas of expertise within supply chain (e.g. supply chain design, commercialization, planning, manufacturing, sourcing, logistics). Proven track-record, at least 5 years, in strategic sourcing, supply chain consulting, project management, project implementation. Demonstrated leadership in driving large, complex digital/operational transformation projects is a must. Experience in building, leading and managing teams is critical. 工作职责 Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: ◆ Leadership Lead major supply chain and strategic sourcing projects and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement projects on time and in full. Lead the sourcing excellence team with a focus on governing sourcing policy execution, continually enhancing our sourcing standards, market and suppliers’ intelligence. Act as PMO lead for SCO-led and –participated projects by tracking milestones, monitoring progress, assigning work packages / tasks, following up with cross-functional partners, preparing status report, etc. Develop organizational capability and optimal team structure within SCO to support business strategy plan and annual operating plan. Promote a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results. ◆ Planning and Execution Support SCO leadership team in strategic planning for SCO including but not limited to Strategic Plan (3-year horizon) and Annual Operating Plan. Support vice-president, Procurement, Project & Innovation, in developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results. Partner with sourcing leaders and systems & solutions leader in developing strategic sourcing capabilities including but not limited to Source-to-Pay system upgrades, tools and methodologies to support strategic sourcing. Develop sourcing strategies and oversee sourcing activities for strategic categories such as but not limited to store-related construction. Take ownership of productivity programs to deliver on productivity and margin enhancing targets. ◆ Business Requirements Provide functional expertise, outside-in perspectives on optimization and innovations across the supply chain: supply chain design, commercialization, planning, manufacturing, sourcing, logistics. Direct activities to identify improvement and innovation opportunities that result in increased customer satisfaction, product quality, operational efficiency, reduced costs, process improvements, and reduced cycle time across the supply chain. Identify, assess and pro-actively share industry trends, best practices, digitization and innovations that are relevant and help to drive the digitalization of Starbuck’s supply chain. ◆ Partner Development & Team Building Provide SCO Strategic Sourcing & Projects partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams. Challenge and inspire partners to achieve business results. Conduct and ensure the completion of performance reviews. Ensure partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements. Provide training opportunities to increase the SCO Strategic Sourcing & Projects team competencies in new methodologies and areas of project management, including project integration, scope, time management, management of costs, quality, human resources, communications, risk and procurement.
