As a Senior Consultant/Manager in Deloitte's Operations Transformation team, you will help banking and capital markets clients reimagine their business processes, embrace digitalization, and drive operational efficiency. You will lead complex transformation projects, leverage deep industry knowledge, and develop innovative solutions to deliver measurable impact.

最低要求

Master/ Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, financial engineering, management, related disciplines

At least 2 years of consulting experience
Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects
Proven core consulting skills including: slide design, document story lining, problem solving, analytics, modelling
Professional skills: strong networking ability, client management, team management
Leadership: effectively lead and mentor a team, demonstrated history of taking leadership roles both at work and outside of work
Ability to build solid foundations of a business case for transforming the core operations in alignment with client's business agenda and strategic drivers.
Ability to build, leverage and apply intermediate, technology and functional knowledge to effectively execute against standard plan / approach for solutioning.
Ability to comprehend the Operations focused solutions & drivers and align them with client's business & technical needs to tailor an action plan integrated through proven methodologies and innovative ways that best solves client challenges.

工作职责

Understand customer value insights to ensure alignment amongst client’s overall business operations

Define and articulate business processes and opportunities for banking and investment / asset management clients
Build and apply function expertise to enable an organization’s strategic vision
Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices in the banking and investment / assessment management space
Experience in banking and investment management operations (Middle and Back-Office) is highly preferred
Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
Recognize technology as a business enabler
Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business
