工作职责

Ensure effective and correct Transfer Agency operations, and ensures the accuracy and timely dispatch of customer and regulatory reports. 2. Foster positive client relationships. 3. Initiate system enhancement requirement and work with multiple internal/external parties. 5. Speak up and timely escalation for process improvement as well as client issues.
