作为香港中小企业及成长型客户部的客户经理,你将负责现有客户组合的营收增长,通过主动挖掘增购、交叉销售和扩展机会,推动产品采用并深化客户关系

该角色兼具销售与客户管理职能,需要与创始人、财务负责人等高层决策者建立信任,并跨部门协作以达成商业目标
适合有B2B销售或客户管理经验、具备猎人思维和粤语英语沟通能力的候选人

最低要求

年以上有配额指标的B2B销售、客户管理或商业增长经验,领域涉及金融科技、支付、SaaS或其他复杂技术环境

强烈的猎人思维,有通过主动拓展、创造机会并在现有客户群中完成交易以推动营收增长的记录
有面向中小企业或中端市场客户销售的经验,并自信地与创始人、企业主、财务负责人及C级高管接触
良好的商业判断力,能够在复杂或多产品销售的周期中进行结构化探索、解决方案销售和谈判
较强的粤语和英语口头及书面沟通能力
数据驱动的管道和绩效管理方法,有使用Salesforce或类似CRM进行预测和驱动执行的经验
较强的利益相关者管理和协作能力,能有效跨多个内部职能部门工作
务实的解决问题者,能够解读客户数据、使用趋势和商业信号,将复杂性转化为行动

工作职责

通过识别并完成指定 SME & Growth 客户组合中的增购、交叉销售、重新激活和扩展机会,负责营收增长,覆盖 Airwallex 全产品线

与创始人、企业主、财务负责人及其他高级利益相关者(必要时包括 C 级决策者)建立深厚关系,了解客户需求、商业优先级和增长计划
主动利用客户、产品和交易信号识别高潜力机会、商业风险和扩展空白区域,并迅速采取行动
通过电话、邮件及其他适当渠道向决策者进行高紧迫性的多渠道触达,以产生对话并推进交易
在 Salesforce 中管理规范的管道,包括机会管理、预测、活动跟踪和转化绩效
在多利益相关者的销售周期中主导商业对话、方案设计和谈判,明确聚焦价值创造和营收成果
与产品、工程、运营、财务、风险及市场等跨职能团队合作,解决客户问题、消除障碍并分享市场反馈
