工作职责
Build, lead, motivate and drive the performance of biometrics US team to achieve agreed objectives, plan and manage resources needs.（组建并领导美国生物统计团队达成目标，规划管理资源）
As a member of Clin-nov US leadership team and DM&Stats functional leadership team, contribute to the regional and functional goals, marketing strategy and business development activities.（作为美国领导层成员，贡献区域与职能目标、市场战略和BD活动）
Oversee and provide statistical input and guidance related to clinical development from strategic planning to study design, interim analysis and reporting.（为临床开发从战略规划到研究设计、期中分析与报告提供统计指导）
