工作职责
Develop the country business strategy, aligned with the overall global business strategy; position to advise on achieving profitable growth through business development（制定与全球战略对齐的国别业务战略，推动盈利性增长）
Demonstrate the strategic value of Clin-nov to local clients/prospects by bringing targeted solutions from full portfolio of GxP services（以GxP全服务组合向当地客户展示战略价值）
Develop and maintain a strong web of influence in client organizations within country (e.g., CEO, COO, CNO, CFO, Board) to ensure strong retention and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, serve as the primary client relationship manager for Australian accounts, responsible for developing a strategic growth strategy and relationship management plan（建立并维护客户组织内高管影响网络，担任澳大利亚客户的首要关系管理者）
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), sites vendors and partners in Australia（与澳大利亚KOL、场地、供应商与合作伙伴建立强关系）
