作为软件工程专家副总监，您将领导并参与系统架构与设计评审，解决复杂的技术难题

负责优化软件工程流程与SDLC，推动AI/GenAI工具在交付工作流中的应用
同时担任IT服务运营（ITSO）的技术负责人，管理风险合规、漏洞修复及生产事故处理，并指导团队完成云基础设施审查与跨部门协作

最低要求

Strong Technical Background & System Design: Proven track record in enterprise-grade software development, distributed system design, microservices, and modern architectural patterns.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional logical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities in resolving complex engineering and production challenges.
SDLC & Process Optimization: Deep expertise across the full Software Development Life Cycle (build, test, deploy, run), with proven experience designing robust delivery processes and testing frameworks.
Team Leadership & Project Management: Proven experience in managing, mentoring software engineering teams and delivering multi-stream projects end-to-end.
AI Knowledge & Practical Adoption: Strong awareness of modern AI technologies, with the vision and hands-on ability to apply AI into daily team delivery, automation, and business use cases.
ITSO, IT Risk & Vulnerability Management: In-depth knowledge of ITSO functions, IT risk control frameworks, security governance, and end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle remediation.
Cloud & Modern Tech Stack: Strong hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (especially Google Cloud Platform / GCP), Java API development, microservices, databases, and middleware (MQ, Redis, API Gateway).
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Excellent cross-team collaboration skills and proven track record in managing both technical and business stakeholders.
Operational Excellence: Solid experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Capacity Management within an enterprise DevOps/Agile environment.

工作职责

Lead and participate in System Architecture & Design reviews (both High-Level and Low-Level Design), solving complex technical blockers with strong logical thinking.

Design, refine, and enforce engineering and SDLC processes to improve team efficiency, code quality, and delivery resilience.
Champion the exploration and implementation of AI / GenAI tools and practices into software delivery workflows and business process automation.
Lead engineering and delivery teams, providing mentorship, project management oversight, resource planning, and technical direction.
Act as the technical/service lead for ITSO duties, overseeing IT Risk Management, regulatory compliance, and driving end-to-end Vulnerability Remediation.
Review and govern Incident, Problem, Change, Event, and Capacity management; lead major production incident triage and ensure robust Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
Drive Cloud (GCP) and infrastructure review, capacity planning, application optimization, and service resiliency governance.
Manage certificate renewal ownership, system health, and technical currency governance.
Drive effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across global teams
